Labelling for Back to School | Raw Labels Review | Me Becoming Mum
One of the biggest worries after spending a small fortune on your child's school uniform is that the minute they take a cardigan, jumper (or other items that all the children have) off, they will go missing; picked up unintentionally by another child thinking it's theirs.
Raw Labels name label range
The range that Raw Labels offer come in not only different sizes, but they also offer everything from stickers to iron-on labels. Most of the labels allow you to choose from 23 different coloured backgrounds ensuring they are easily identifiable to your child during the school day; then customise them with 6 different font colours 18 different font styles. The best part (especially from Squidgy's point of view!) is that you can choose from 78 different characters including animals, birds, sea and space.
Large name labels
Medium name labels
With a variety of safari animals on them as her chosen character, these are definately perfect for her. This is especially true considering within the selection of animals included is her best-loved animal: the giraffe. These are only £4.90 for 27 labels, an absolute bargain considering that works out at just 18p per label. Considering the price of Squidgy's uniform, I know it is worth buying these labels.
Small name labels
Shoe name labels
From a parent's point of view, the fact that Raw Labels coat these shoe name labels with a special laminate, to ensure they’re durable, scuff-proof, and also waterproof means these labels couldn't be more perfect. They are designed to withstand any activity your children get up to. Plus at £3.90 for 6 pairs, they are half the price (or more in some cases!) of similar products available online.
Iron-on labels
On the site, there are also Raw Label's iron on name labels to consider. Measuring 50 x 12 mm in length, they are easily identifiable without being too big and gaudy. They are so simple to apply too, using a household iron and baking paper which comes with your order. Unlike the sticker name labels above, however, once you have applied these iron-on labels they cannot be removed. This means it's probably a good idea to avoid them if you want the school uniform to be able to be used by future generations of your family.
With prices from £3.70 for 12 labels they are some of the cheapest iron on names labels available (I checked!) and they look great too. They also offer smaller (even cheaper!) versions, if you prefer to use labels without the characters or just need a label that fits to a narrower, smaller tag.
With so many options to choose from, you are bound to find the right labels for you at Raw Labels. The best part is that shipping is always free, even outside of the U.K. and they ship within 24 hours of ordering. Finally, if you use the code KNE15 when placing an order you’ll receive a 15% discount! Be sure to visit their website and make your order, ready for the new school year to start.
