Mama Naii's Crochet Terms and Conditions

Please find below all the information you need regarding terms and conditions of sale and purchase for my business, Mama Naii's.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order prior to the purchase of the product components (i.e. Yarn, Buttons, Ribbon etc.) you can do so for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order post the purchase of the product components, you will receive a partial refund, which excludes the cost of said elements.

If you wish to return an item which has already been made, and sent to you, this is possible within 14 days of delivery. It must be in the same mint condition as it was sent. You will receive a refund to the value of the product once the item has been received by me.

Postage will not be refunded.

Please Note: Personalised items are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

TAGS AND SHARES

On some of my social media posts, I may include links & tags to third party pages which are controlled & maintained by others. This is not an endorsement of these sites & please note I am not responsible for any content found there.

PATTERNS, PRODUCTS AND BRANDING

All of my products are 100% handcrafted from bought, sourced & written patterns.

Although sourced and bought patterns can be accessed by others, I ask that you do not add new products to sell on your page that match my range.

In the event of you wishing to make items for your personal use, the source list detailing the patterns that I use can be found here.

Do not copy or attempt to imitate products for which I am responsible for writing the pattern, without prior permission.

Although I am happy for people to share photos of my products, they are not to be used to sell items made by you or add products to your range, or to be claimed as your own, and remain the property of Me Becoming Mum and Mama Naii's Crochet.

If you do want to show any of my products or photos to third parties, you can share directly from my page or link back to my page for credit.

I try to make sure my items are unique & do not encroach on other sellers' ranges & ask you to do the same.

Please Note: I reserve the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) any products without notice from my page. My branding and logo are copyright to Mama Naii's and must not be used or copied either on your page or within your own designs.

PAYMENT AND POSTAGE

For each time you place an order you will receive an invoice for your records via email & a payment request via PayPal.

Payment must be received prior to postage for my "ready to post" items, & prior to components purchase for my "made to order" products.

If you are ordering multiple products you can combine the postage, but please note that this will mean you will have to wait for delivery until all of them have been completed.

All of my items will be posted by Royal Second Class Signed For unless other postage is requested. This will mean that all parcels require a signature upon delivery.

Please Note: Although I cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to your product once it has been passed on to the courier, should any issues arise, please message me and we will try to resolve it together.
